Notice of AGM and Dividend Timetable

Elixirr International plc (ELIX.L), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that it has published its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice").

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Royal Berkshire Hotel, London Road, Sunninghill, Ascot SL5 0PP on 30 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

The AGM Notice has been submitted today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA. Printed copies of the AGM Notice, together with the Form of Proxy for use in connection with the AGM, are today being posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies, together with a copy of the 2025 Annual Report.

Dividend timetable

In addition, further to the Company's announcement on 20 April 2026 of its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025, Elixirr confirms the dates relevant to the payment of the final dividend for the year of 15p per share are as follows:
