REMINDER - UNMARKETABLE PARCEL SHARE SALE FACILITY
Elixir Petroleum Limited (ASX:EXR) reminds shareholders who are holders of Unmarketable Parcels of shares, being 15,625 shares as at Tuesday 25 October ( Record Date ), that the last date to return the Share Retention Form to the Company’s share registry is 5.00 pm (WST) 9 December 2016 ( Closing Date ).
Following the Closing Date, all shares held by Shareholders who hold an Unmarketable Parcel of shares who have not elected to retain their shares, will be consolidated into one holding and sold on market by the Company on the shareholders’ behalf.
The final sale price will be determined once all the shares under the Facility are sold. Each Shareholder will receive their proportionate share of the sale proceeds without any deduction for brokerage or handling costs. Cheques are expected to be despatched to Shareholders on or around 20 December 2016.
