RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Directors of Elixir Petroleum Limited are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of shareholders held yesterday, the two resolutions put to the meeting and detailed in the notice of meeting lodged with ASX were passed unanimously without amendment.

Accordingly, the company advises that the additional placement of 3 million shares to RAB Energy Fund Limited raising \$1,050,000 has now been completed.

In accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 the Company hereby provides the following information:-

Proxies instructed to vote in the affirmative	6,100,000
Proxies instructed to vote in the negative	Nil
Proxies instructed to abstain from voting	Nil
