Resignation of Company Secretary
Elixir Petroleum Limited (“Elixir”) advises that Mr Alex Neuling has resigned his position as Company Secretary effective 9 April 2009. The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Neuling for his valuable input and efforts during his tenure as Company Secretary and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Elixir has appointed a replacement for Mr Neuling who will commence with the company on 28 April 2009. In the interim the position of Company Secretary will be filled by Mr Andrew Ross.
