Additional Explanations

11.05.2023 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen 2022 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun Genel Kurul'a sunduğu öneri çerçevesinde yapılan müzakereler neticesinde; 2022 yılı bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından 60.000.000,- TL brüt kar payının ortaklarımıza temettü olarak dağıtılmasına, brüt kâr payının tamamının nakden ödenmesine, verilen önerge çerçevesinde kar payının azami 3 taksitte ödenmesine, son taksitin 2023 yılı sonundan önce ödenecek şekilde ödeme tarihleri ve tutarlarının belirlenmesi hususunda yönetim kuruluna yetki verilmesine karar verilmişti.

Şirket Yönetim Kurulunun 22.05.2023 tarihli toplantısında;

Nakit Kar Payının brüt 30.000.000 TL'lik ilk taksiti 23.06.2023 tarihinde, brüt 30.000.000 TL'lik ikinci taksiti 27.12.2023 tarihinde olmak üzere üzere toplam 2 taksitte ödenmesine karar verilmiştir.

Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirket yönetim kurulu, 2022 yılı dönem karının, 17.03.2022 tarihli olağan genel kurul toplantımızda kabul edilen Şirketimizin "Kar Dağıtım Politikası"na uygun olarak;

a)2022 yılı bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından 60.000.000,- TL'nin ortaklarımıza temettü olarak dağıtılmasının, brüt kâr payının tamamının nakden ödenmesinin genel kurula önerilmesine,
