Additional Explanations

Şirketimizin 23.02.2022 tarihli yönetim kurulu toplantısında, 2021 yılı dönem karının, yönetim kurulumuzun 28.09.2021 tarih ve 2021/12 sayılı toplantısında alınan karar ile kabul edilen ve genel kurulumuzun onayına sunulacak, Şirketimizin "Kar Dağıtım Politikası"na uygun olarak;

a) 2021 yılı bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem kârının %25'i olan 9.978.542 TL'nin ortaklarımıza birinci temettü olarak,

b) 2021 yılı karından 22.600.000 TL'nin ortaklarımıza ikinci temettü olarak,

c) Ortaklarımıza 2022 yılında dağıtılacak temettü toplam tutarının 40.500.000 TL'ye tamamlanmasını teminen, geçmiş yıllar karından da 7.921.458 TL'nin,

dağıtılmasının ve toplam 40.500.000 TL tutarındaki brüt kâr payının tamamının nakden dağıtılmasının genel kurula önerilmesine, bu çerçevede ekte verilen kâr dağıtım tablosunun kabulüne ve 2021 Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına toplantıya katılanların oybirliğiyle karar verilmiştir.

Söz konusu karar gereğince 1,00 TL nominal değerli 1 paya 0,75 TL brüt (0,675 TL net) nakit kar payı genel kurul onayı sonrasında dağıtılacaktır.
