Elis continues its targeted acquisition strategy with the acquisition of Blanchisserie Blésoise in France

Saint Cloud, March 13, 2017 – Elis, the leading multi-services group in Europe and Latin America, specializing in the rental and maintenance of professional clothing, textile articles, hygiene and wellbeing appliances, has closed the acquisition of Blanchisserie Blésoise (La Blésoise) in France.

La Blésoise was created in 1920 and operates one laundry in Blois, serving mainly Healthcare and Hospitality clients in the Centre-Val de Loire and Ile-de-France regions. In 2017, La Blésoise's revenue should amount to c. 12 million euros. The company is consolidated in Elis's accounts as from March, 1st, 2017.
