Antoine Burel joins Elis' Supervisory Board as an independent member

Saint-Cloud, February 21, 2019 – Antoine Burel, Deputy CEO in charge of Operations at Legrand Group and a member of the Executive Commitee, was co-opted as a member of Elis' Supervisory Board and was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee during the Supervisory Board meeting that took place on February 20, 2019. Antoine Burel joins the Supervisory Board as an independent member.

Antoine Burel has been appointed to replace Agnès Pannier-Runacher, who resigned after she took office in the French government. This appointment will be subject to shareholder approval during the Annual General Meeting that will take place on May 23, 2019.

Antoine Burel is Deputy CEO in charge of Operations at the Legrand Group and member of the Executive Committee. He joined Legrand in 1993, where he was Financial Controller then Financial and Administrative Manager of Legrand Normandie, Director of Financial Controlling then Group Chief Financial Officer.

Thierry Morin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, welcomed the appointment of Antoine Burel and thanks Agnès Pannier-Runacher for the work she carried out for the Supervisory Board and as Chairwoman of the Audit Committee.
