Resignation of Maxime de Bentzmann from Elis' Supervisory Board
Saint Cloud, on May 3, 2019 – Maxime de Bentzmann, member of the Supervisory Board appointed in March 9, 2016 on Eurazeo and Legendre Holding 27's proposal, has informed Elis that he resigned from his duties as member of the Supervisory Board. This resignation will be effective as from May 23, 2019.
This resignation results from the agreement relating to Elis's corporate governance signed on May 30, 2016 by Eurazeo, Legendre Holding 27 and Predica and amended on July 11, 2018 in order to lay down certain commitments concerning the composition of Elis's Supervisory Board in view of their respective holdings in the Company.
Thierry Morin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board took into account of this resignation and thanks Mr. Maxime de Bentzmann for his contribution to the work of the Supervisory Board.
