FILING OF SLATES OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS OF ELICA S.P.A.

Fabriano, April 8, 2021 – Elica S.p.A., the parent company of a Group that is the leading manufacturer of kitchen range hoods, communicates that a slate of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors of Elica S.p.A. and a slate of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Elica S.p.A., to be appointed at the Shareholders' AGM called for April 29, 2021, in addition to the documentation required by the applicable regulation and the bylaw, are available to the public at the registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism () and on the Elica S.p.A. website at https://elica.com/corporation (Investor Relations - Shareholders' Meetings section).
