BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ELICA S.p.A. CONFIRMS MAURO SACCHETTO AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Fabriano, April 28, 2020 – The Board of Directors of Elica S.p.A., the parent company of a Group that is the leading manufacturer of kitchen range hoods, met today and confirmed the appointment of Mauro Sacchetto as Chief Executive Officer of the company.
The assessments of the Directors Mauro Sacchetto and Giovanni Tamburi as non-independent, appointed by the Shareholders' AGM today, were unchanged.
