MR. GIOVANNI TAMBURI APPOINTED ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ELICA S.P.A.

Milan, September 26th , 2019 – The Board of Directors of Elica S.p.A., parent company of Elica Group world leader in the manufacturing of kitchen hoods and aspiration hobs, has today met in Milan and has resolved to appoint Mr. Giovanni Tamburi as Non-Executive Director.

The appointment follows the resignation of the former Non-Executive Director Mr Gennaro Pieralisi for personal reasons, to whom, on behalf of the Chairman and all members of the Board, the deepest appreciation and gratitude go, for his invaluable and constant contribution given since the mid- seventies that has helped making Elica S.p.A. grow.

The cooptation is connected with the transaction communicated on July 24th , 2019 thanks to which Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. (where Mr. Giovanni Tamburi covers the position of Chairman and CEO) has acquired a minority shareholding in Elica S.p.A., through the acquisition of shares previously held by Whirlpool EMEA S.r.l. as well as the Company's own shares.

Mr. Giovanni Tamburi shall remain in office until the next Shareholders' General Meeting.

Mr. Giovanni Tamburi does not personally hold any shares in Elica S.p.A..
