Fabriano, 13 novembre 2020- It is noted that the minutes of the Board of Directors of October 30, 2020, in extraordinary form, which approved the amendments to the Articles of Association in compliance with the legislation in force on the subject of gender quotas, in order to ensure the presence in the corporate bodies of members of the less represented gender to the extent of at least two fifths of the total, as well as the amended by-laws have been filed and are available to anyone who requests them at the Company's registered office, at the storage mechanism at available on the Company's website, at the following link https://elica.com/corporation/en/corporate-governance .
