Purchase and sale of Elia Group shares in the context of the liquidity agreement

Within the framework of the liquidity agreement (see press release dated July 29, 2021), Elia Group reports today that Exane BNP Paribas on behalf of Elia Group has purchased 12,800 Elia Group shares during the period between 23 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 on Euronext Brussels. During the same period, Exane BNP Paribas on behalf of Elia Group has sold 12,500 Elia Group shares.
