Transparency notification – Katoen Natie Group S.A.

1. Summary of the notification
Pursuant to Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of large shareholdings, Elia Group SA/NV announces that has received a transparency notification dated 15 April 2025 from Katoen Natie Group S.A. (having its registered offices at 15, Boulevard Joseph II, L-1840 Luxembourg, Luxembourg).
On 8 April 2025, Katoen Natie Group S.A. (taking into account the holding of its affiliates) owned 10,119,150 Elia Group SA/NV shares with voting rights (versus 7,361,429 shares in its previous notification dated 31 January 2025), representing 9.28% of the total number of shares issued by Elia Group SA/NV (109,072,607) (versus 10.01% in the notification dated 31 January 2025).

In view of the capital increase of 8 April 2025, Katoen Natie Group S.A. and Ferdinand Huts, as controlling persons, have fallen below the threshold of 10%.
