Dear Sirs,

Sub: Allotment of bonus equity shares

We refer to our letter dated 19[th] September 2020 regarding the approval granted by the shareholders through postal ballot for issue of bonus equity shares of the Company.

Accordingly, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Monday, 28[th] September 2020 has allotted 15,84,54,508 bonus equity shares in the proportion of one equity share of Re.1 each for every one equity share of Re.1 each to the members eligible to receive bonus equity shares of the Company and whose names appear in the Register of Members and the Register of Beneficial Owners as per the particulars obtained from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as on Saturday, 26[th] September 2020, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of bonus equity shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 31,69,09,016/- consisting of 31,69,09,016 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, fully paid-up.
