This is to inform that in pursuance of the approval granted by the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot on 18[th] March 2021, the Company has made an application to National Stock Exchange of India Limited & BSE Limited today i.e., 25[th] March 2021 seeking re-classification of the following shareholders from “Promoter Group” category to “Public” Category in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
