In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated February 12, 2024 and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we hereby inform you that the divestment of entire stake held by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Elgi Compressors USA Inc (Elgi USA), in its Joint Venture G3 Industrial Solutions LLC, USA, to the joint venture partner/s was expected to be completed and closed by May 31, 2024. However, the date of closure is extended due to unavoidable circumstances. The Company will intimate the Stock Exchange(s) with necessary disclosure in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations as soon as the transaction is consummated.
