In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Compensation Committee of the Board Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the grant of 4,74,300 stock options under the Elgi Equipments Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2019. The details required under SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is given below:
