Sub: Intimation of formation of Joint Venture Company “Compressed Air Solutions of Texas, LLC” by Elgi Compressors USA Inc, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
This is to inform you that Elgi Compressors USA Inc, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has formed a Joint Venture Company along with Bryan Becker, Managing Partner of the LLC on 19/03/2020. However, the intimation has come from USA to the Company only on 01/05/2010 due to the COVID - 19 lockdown prevailing in USA & India.
We further wish to inform that Elgi Compressors USA Inc, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is yet to invest in the Joint Venture. As such, detailed information as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, will be disclosed after the investment has been made by Elgi Compressors USA Inc. in the LLC Company.
