The Management of the Company accepted her resigna�on, and she was relieved of her du�es and responsibili�es from the closure of business hours on June 9, 2025 (i.e., last working day).

Details in accordance with the SEBI Lis�ng Regula�ons read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as amended from �me to �me, are given in Annexure A to this le�er and a copy of the resigna�on le�er and acknowledgement by the Company is also enclosed as Annexure B and Annexure C, respec�vely .
