where he was holding the role of Company Secretary based
out of Mumbai.
A business-oriented professional with diverse experience in
planning, execu�ng and leading core corporate affairs
func�ons including Corporate Governance, Compliance,
Technology adop�on and transforma�on and Client
Servicing in reputed organiza�ons.
For the last 5 years as business leader, he led governance,
compliance and secretarial func�ons at NSE and played a
key role in regulatory compliance as well as market
regula�on, issue resolu�on and policy forma�on. He is
passionate about designing and implemen�ng compliance
frameworks, regulatory compliance and communica�on,
Board governance, Digi�zing document prepara�on,
storage, archival & retrieval. He has been member of expert
group on Secretarial Standards of Ins�tute of Company
Secretaries of India.
Mr. Rohit is a fitness freak and regular half marathon runner.
He is a swimmer and has played water polo for Mumbai
University as well as Mumbai district and Maharashtra
state.
