Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Ragunathan Gunabooshanam, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation on 23[rd] July, 2020. He will be relieved from his duties as Chief Financial Officer at the closing office hours on 22[nd] October, 2020, post his three months’ notice period.
The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
