Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 27th May, 2019, appointed Mrs. Aruna Thangaraj as an additional director (non-executive, independent) with effect from 27.05.2019, to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
Mrs. Aruna Thangaraj's appointment as an independent Director is subject to approval of shareholders for a term of five years from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.

Aruna Thangaraj - Brief Profile
Mrs. Aruna Thangaraj is the Managing Director of AGT Electronics Ltd, Coimbatore.
She has worked as an Instructional Design and Training Consultant for major Oil and Gas Companies in Houston, TX. She was also involved in several organizational intervention Projects during this time.
She was the Convenor of Indian Women Network of CII Coimbatore Zone and is currently the co-convenor of the ICT panel of CII Coimbatore zone.
She is an Electronics Engineer from NIT Trichy and has completed her Masters in Computer Engineering from University of Cincinnati and Human Resource Development from University of Houston, TX.
She has many years of experience in the field of digital marketing and enjoys helping Companies improve their brand value in the cyber world.
