Acquisition of New Projects
The Directors advise that during the quarter ending 30 September 2011, the Company reviewed several resource projects in Botswana, and that they hope to announce completion of a terms sheet in the very near future.
Recapitalisation and Re-quotation
Once a new project is acquired, the Directors will proceed to recapitalise the company and simultaneously apply to the ASX for its shares to be re-quoted.
