RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

Sayona Mining Limited (ASX: SYA) advises that Messrs James Allan and Mark Gray have resigned as Directors of the Company.

Mr Allan was appointed a Director in March 2011 as part of the Company’s reconstruction plan. As the company completes its restructuring process, Mr Allan wishes to concentrate on his other commitments.

The Company expresses its thanks to Mr Allan for his contribution over the period he was a Director.

Mr Gray was appointed a Director in July 2011. Prior to becoming a Director, Mr Gray was engaged to coordinate the Company’s reconstruction plan. The Company thanks Mr Gray for his contribution over the period of his involvement.

Attached is an Appendix 3Z – Final Director’s Interest Notice for each resigning Director.
