Request for Voluntary Suspension

Sayona Mining Limited (SYA) requests an immediate suspension on its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2. For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.2 and in support of its request, the Company:

1. advises that the suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising by the Company;

2. requests that the suspension remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding a capital raising or the commencement of normal trading on 12 March 2020, whichever is the earlier; and

3. advises that it is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
