TRADING HALT
The securities of Sayona Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 13 April 2017

Request for Trading Halt
Sayona Mining Limited (SYA) requests an immediate Trading Halt on its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising by the Company.
SYA requests that the Trading Halt remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the capital raising, but in any event not beyond the commencement of normal trading on 13 April 2017.
