Todi (PG), 04 giugno 2025 – ELES S.p.A., società quotata su Euronext Growth Milan, e fornitore mondiale di soluzioni per il test dei dispositivi a semiconduttore (IC Integrated Circuits) con applicazioni Safety e Mission Critical ("ELES"), è lieta di annunciare di aver sottoscritto un accordo quadro della durata di 5 anni (il "Contratto") con un leader a livello mondiale nella fornitura di strumentazione di test e misurazione di precisione, sistemi di test automatizzati e soluzioni chiavi in mano di test e automazione (la "Parte"). Il Contratto prevede una partnership strategica tra ELES e la Parte per lo sviluppo di una nuova soluzione completamente automatizzata per il Burn-In Test, finalizzata alla produzione in volumi di dispositivi High-Performance Computing (HPC).

La sottoscrizione del Contratto consentirà ad ELES l'apertura di un nuovo mercato nella fornitura di soluzioni di test per gli impianti di produzione in volumi di dispositivi HPC in tutto il mondo. In base a tale Contratto, ELES sarà responsabile della progettazione, produzione e fornitura della piattaforma di Test e delle Applicazioni (Test Programs e Socket Boards).

Antonio Zaffarami, Presidente di ELES S.p.A., ha dichiarato: "ELES ha progressivamente specializzato la propria offerta per la qualifica dei chip riferendosi quindi principalmente ai Reliability Lab sia interni ai Semiconductor Players che indipendenti. L'accordo con un partner globale di primissimo piano si concentra sullo sviluppo congiunto di una cella Burn-In completamente automatizzata per very hi-power computing chip: una soluzione Tray-to-Tray (BiBless) altamente innovativa, progettata specificamente per la produzione di massa di dispositivi ad alte prestazioni.

L'integrazione di questa soluzione completamente automatizzata per dispositivi HPC ci posiziona come leader in un segmento in rapida crescita, ora finalmente rivolto (grazie alla completa automazione) alle linee di produzione di chip. Il mercato dell'High-Performance Computing, alla base dell'evoluzione dell'intelligenza artificiale e dei data center, rappresenta uno dei principali motori di crescita previsti per l'industria dei semiconduttori, con una crescita stimata del +14% nel 2025 e prospettive di sviluppo sostenuto fino al 2032 (fonte: Gartner).

ELES ENTERS INTO A MASTER PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH A WORLD LEADING SUPPLIER OF AUTOMATED TEST EQUIPMENT,

STRENGTHENING ITS GLOBAL POSITION IN THE HIGH-POWER DEVICE TESTING MARKET

Todi (PG), June 04, 2025 - ELES S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, and a worldwide provider of solutions for semiconductor devices (IC integrated circuits) testing with Safety and Mission Critical applications ("ELES"), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a 5-year term master purchase agreement (the "Agreement") with a world leading supplier of precision test and measurement instrumentation, automated test systems, and test & automation turnkey solutions (the "Party") . The Agreement establishes a strategic partnership between ELES and the Party for the manufacturing of a new fully automated Burn-In solution for the Mass Production of High-Performance Computing (HPC) Devices.

The Agreement signed will open up a new market for ELES in the supply of Test solutions for highvolume HPC device manufacturing plants worldwide. Under this Agreement, ELES will be responsible for the design, production, and supply of the Test platform, and Test Application sets (including test programs and socket boards).
