IL CDA NOMINA PER COOPTAZIONE MASSIMO VANZI QUALE NUOVO MEMBRO DEL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE
Todi, 27 settembre 2025 – ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., società con azioni negoziate su Euronext Growth Milan e fornitore di soluzioni per il test dei dispositivi a semiconduttore (IC Integrated Circuits) con applicazioni safety e mission-critical, a integrazione di quanto comunicato lo scorso 26 settembre, comunica che in pari data si è altresì proceduto a cooptare nel Consiglio di Amministrazione, ai sensi e per gli effetti dell'art. 2386 c.c., il dott. Massimo Vanzi; il consigliere così nominato rimarrà in carica sino alla prossima assemblea dei azionisti.

Eles annovera tra i propri clienti aziende multinazionali produttrici di semiconduttori e produttori di moduli elettronici per il settore automotive ed il Settore I&D. La strategia di Eles prevede, oltre ad una crescita per linee interne tramite la penetrazione in nuovi mercati, l'ulteriore diversificazione della clientela e il miglioramento delle soluzioni già offerte ai clienti, una crescita per linee esterne mediante acquisizioni funzionali ad un più veloce sviluppo commerciale nei Paesi esteri.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTS MASSIMO VANZI AS A NEW MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS BY CO-OPTATION
Todi, 27 September 2025 – ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and a provider of testing solutions for semiconductor devices (IC Integrated Circuits) with safety and mission-critical applications, further to the announcement made on 26 September, announces that on the same date, Mr Massimo Vanzi was also co-opted to the Board of Directors, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code. The newly appointed director will remain in office until the next shareholders' meeting.
