Florence, November 12th 2021 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") market of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the tombstone pertaining the availability and publication of the quarterly financial report as of September 30th , 2021 approved by the Board of Directors, will be published tomorrow on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI"
