Florence, June 5th 2020 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the tombstone pertaining the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting has today been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".

La Relazione finanziaria annuale e la Dichiarazione consolidata non finanziaria al 31 dicembre 2019, unitamente alla documentazione prevista dalla normativa vigente, è disponibile presso la sede legale della Società, presso Borsa Italiana s.p.a., pubblicata sul sito internet www.elengroup.com e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato . Il verbale dell'Assemblea sarà messo a disposizione del pubblico con le medesime modalità entro i termini di legge.

L'Assemblea ha anche deliberato

la approvazione della relazione sulla remunerazione anche incentivante ex art. 123-ter T.U.F.; la nomina della società di revisione per il periodo 2021-2029 e la determinazione del corrispettivo.
