Firenze, June 26th 2020 – Notice hereby is given that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting occurred on June 4th, 2020 is now available to the public at the company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a., on the company web site www.elengroup.com (section: "Investor Relations / Governance / Shareholders' meeting documents / 2020 / Shareholders' meeting June 4th, 2020 – June 18th, 2020") and on authorized storage website .
Today notice of such availability has been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".
