Florence, September 14th 2016 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the tombstone pertaining the availability and publication of the half yearly financial report as of 30th June 2016 approved by the Board of Directors and of the prospectus drawn up by the BoD pursuant to article 84-bis of the Consob Issuer Regulations 11971/199, has today been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI".

El.En., an Italian company, is the parent of a high-.tech industrial group operating in the optoelectronics sector. Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria semestrale al 30 Giugno 2016 approvata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione del 13 settembre 2016, comprensiva della Relazione sul bilancio semestrale abbreviato della Società di Revisione, è a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede sociale in Calenzano, presso la Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sul sito internet della Società www.elengroup.com nella sezione "Investor Relations / Documenti Finanziari / Relazioni e Bilanci / 2016 e nel sito di stoccaggio autorizzato .

Il Consiglio di amministrazione ha anche deliberato

la attuazione del Piano di Stock Option 2016-2025 riservato a amministratori, collaboratori e dipendenti della società e delle sue controllate e di esercitare integralmente, al servizio di detto piano, la delega, conferita dalla assemblea degli azionisti del 12 maggio scorso ex art. 2443, II co., c.c. di aumentare il capitale sociale fino a nominali euro 104.000,00 mediante la emissione di numero 800.000 nuove azioni da destinare alla sottoscrizione dei beneficiari del piano di stock option 2016-2025, modificando conseguentemente anche l'art. 6 dello statuto sociale.

Si rende pertanto noto che dalla data odierna il documento informativo redatto ai sensi dell'art. 84-bis, comma 1 e dello Schema 7 dell'Allegato 3A del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971/1999 è a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede sociale in Calenzano, presso la Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sul sito internet della Società www.elengroup.com nella sezione "Investor Relations / Governance / Documenti Societari / Piano di Stock Option 2016-2025" e nel sito di stoccaggio autorizzato
