Florence, June 30th 2021 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its shareholders that the new procedure relating to transactions with related parties is now available at the Company's registered office, in the authorized storage device and published on the website www.elengroup.com (section "Investor Relations").
