El.En. s.p.a.: Notice of filing of two lists for the election of the Board of Statutory Auditors at the Shareholders' Meeting 29 April-3 May 2022
Florence, April 5th 2022 – El.En. S.p.A. hereby gives notice to its shareholders that at the end of the deadline for filing the lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors (April 4th 2022), two lists of candidates have been filed at the registered office in accordance with the By-laws and the law: the first containing five candidates, three for standing auditors and two for alternate auditors; the second containing two candidates, one for standing auditor and one for alternate auditor.
The lists will be published in the manner and within the terms of the law.
