Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Elementos Limited (‘ELT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ELT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 19 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Elementos Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Elementos Limited ACN 138 468 756 (ASX: ELT) ( Elementos ) requests that a trading halt of its securities be granted by ASX with effect from prior to commencement of trading on Thursday, 15 April 2021.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Elementos concerning a capital raising.

2. Elementos requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

   • a. such time as Elementos makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising; or

   • b. the commencement of trading on Monday, 19 April 2021.

3. Elementos is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
