EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING – REMOVAL OF RESOLUTION

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) advises that, further to the announcement of 14 February 2014 regarding Mr Corey Nolan assuming the position of Non-Executive Director, the Elementos Board of Directors (“Board”) has decided to withdraw the proposed Resolution 5 (Issue of Options to Mr Corey Nolan) from the General Meeting of Elementos shareholders scheduled for Thursday, 20 February 2014.

All other agenda items for the meeting remain unchanged, and the withdrawal of Resolution 5 from consideration at the meeting will not affect the validity of proxy forms already submitted to Elementos in respect of the other resolutions to be considered at the meeting.
