REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION OF SECURITIES FROM ASX QUOTATION

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) requests the suspension of its securities from quotation as per ASX Listing Rule 17.2, pending the announcement of a clarification statement regarding the “Elementos Delivers Positive Cleveland Tin Mine PFS” announcement dated 22 April 2014 and the “Cleveland PFS and Project Update” announcement dated 9 May 2014.

The Company is currently seeking clarification from ASIC in relation to the reporting of Production Targets and forecast financial information.

Once adequate clarification from ASIC has been received, the Company will prepare a clarifying statement.

The Company expects the voluntary suspension to end at the commencement of trade on 30 May 2014, when it anticipates it will be in a position to make the clarification announcement to the market.

Elementos is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
