EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LODGEMENT OF BIDDER’S STATEMENT

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that section 631(1)(b) of the Corporations Act has been modified by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission to extend the period for lodgement of the Bidder’s Statement for the Rockwell merger from 2 months, to 2 months and 7 days.

The Bidders Statement is now due for release on Monday 12[th] July 2013.
