Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Elementos Limited (‘ELT’) will be halted at the request of ELT, pending the release of an announcement by ELT.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 February 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ELT’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Elementos Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Elementos Limited ACN 138 468 756 (ASX: ELT) ( Elementos ) hereby requests that ASX Limited ACN 008 624 691 ( ASX ) halt the trading of Elementos’ fully paid ordinary shares with effect prior to the commencement of trading today, 16 February 2026.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

1. Elementos requests the trading halt for the purpose of considering and executing a proposed capital raising;

2. Elementos requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

3. (a) such time as Elementos makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising; and

4. (b) the commencement of trading on 18 February 2026;

5. Elementos expects that the trading halt will be ended by the announcement referred to in paragraph 2(a) being made to the ASX; and

6. Elementos is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
