Extension of Closing Date for Entitlement Offer
Elementos Limited (the Company ) (ASX: ELT) refers to the non-renounceable entitlement offer of one (1) new Share for every six (6) existing Shares held by each eligible shareholder announced to the ASX on 1 August 2024 ( Entitlement Offer ).
Elementos advises that the directors have resolved to extend the closing date of the Entitlement Offer to 5pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 4 October 2024.
The Company currently forecasts the receipt of further sets of assay data from the recent drilling program at the Cleveland Tin Project during the extension period. Following feedback from shareholders the Company has chosen to extend the offer to ensure shareholders have up-to-date assay information before they make their final decision on whether to take up the Entitlement Offer.
As a result, the updated timetable for the Entitlement Offer is as follows:
