Extension of Closing Date for Entitlement Offer
Elementos Limited (the Company ) (ASX: ELT) refers to the non-renounceable entitlement offer of one (1) new Share for every six (6) existing Shares held by each eligible shareholder announced to the ASX on 1 August 2024 ( Entitlement Offer ).
Elementos advises that the directors have resolved to extend the closing date of the Entitlement Offer to 5pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 11 October 2024.
The Company has been informed of a delay to the receipt of the final Laboratory assays certification, following additional Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) checks, from the recent Cleveland Project drilling program. The Company has therefore chosen to make an additional extension to the offer to ensure shareholders have up-to-date assay information before they make their final decision on whether to take up the Entitlement Offer.
As a result, the updated timetable for the Entitlement Offer is as follows:
