Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) – Trading Halt (2+2)

Description

The securities of Elementos Limited (‘ELT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ELT, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 6 August 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Elementos Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Elementos Limited ACN 138 468 756 (ASX: ELT) ( Elementos ) hereby requests that ASX Limited ACN 008 624 691 ( ASX ) grants two (2) consecutive back-to-back trading halts for up to four (4) consecutive days to Elementos’ fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) prior to the commencement of trading today.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

1. Elementos requests the trading halt for the purpose of considering and executing a proposed capital raising by Elementos;

2. Elementos requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

   • (a) such time as Elementos makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising; or

   • (b) the commencement of trading on 6 August 2020;

3. Elementos expects that the trading halt will be ended by the announcement referred to in paragraph 2(a) being made to the ASX; and

4. Elementos is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
