Issue of Unlisted SPP Options

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT; ACN 138 468 756)(the Company ) advises that it has today issued a total of 35,333,373 unlisted options, exercisable at $0.009 each on or before 31-Aug-22, pursuant to the SPP Option Offer Prospectus dated 21-Oct-20 ( SPP Options ). The outstanding balance of 11,515,170 SPP Options are expected to be issued in late February 2021.

Elementos’ Board has authorised the release of this announcement to the market.
