Amendment

The Company’s announcement earlier today noted the extension dates for both the completion for the Binding Heads of Agreement with Eurotin (for the acquisition of the Oropesa Project), and for the $1.2m Placement, as October 5, 2019. This should be October 5, 2018 .

Revised Oropesa Heads of Agreement and Capital Raising Closing Dates

Extension to Oropesa Acquisition Binding Heads of Agreement and Capital Raising

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) has agreed to extend the completion date for the Binding Heads of Agreement ( HoA ) with Eurotin for the acquisition of the Oropesa Project to October 5, 2018.

The HoA remains subject to a due diligence process that has been progressing very well between both parties. The extension is to allow for delays relating to translation of documentation and completion time-frames that have moved.

Concurrently, the Lions Bay Capital Placement will be completed by the same date of October 5, 2018. The Company has received binding commitments for this private placement to raise $1.2 million at $0.006 per share (Placement).

The Placement will comprise 200 million shares issued to sophisticated investors using the Company’s current placement capacity under the ASX Listing Rules.
