SHARES ISSUED WITH SECURITY HOLDER APPROVAL UNDER LISTING RULE 7.1A
With reference to the share placement made on 26 October 2018 of a total of 149,999,999 shares at $0.006 per share ( Placement ), Elementos Limited (the Company ) advises that 133,733,096 of the Placement shares have been issued under Listing Rule 7.1A. The following information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 7.1 A.4(b).
(a) Details of the dilution to the existing holders of ordinary securities caused by the issue:
The Company issued 133,733,096 shares under Listing Rule 7.1A. This resulted in the following dilution to existing shareholders:

Private placements are an efficient and expedient method for raising funds.
(c) Details of any underwriting arrangements, including any fees payable to the underwriter.
No underwriting.
(d) Any other fees or costs incurred in connection with the issue
A cash fee of 6.0% will be paid on Placement funds raised plus one unlisted option ($0.007 @ 30-Jun-20) issued for every two shares issued in the Placement to broker/s to the Placement, plus ASX and share registry related security listing costs.
