Elementos Limited ( Elementos ) advises the holders of Elementos Options (ELTO) of their expiry on 9th April 2014 .
The Company provides the following information:
Option Type : ASX: ELTO
Total Number Quoted: 32,952,052
Total Number of Shares on Conversion: 32,952,052
Exercise price : 6 cents
Date due for payment : 9[th] April 2014
Consequences of Non Payment: If payment is not received by 9th April 2014, the Options will lapse and no further entitlements will exist
Last day for official Quotation : 2nd April 2014
Highest Price of Elementos Shares in the preceding three months : 2.2 cents
Lowest Price of Elementos Shares in the preceding three months: 1.3 cents
Closing price of Elementos Shares on 28th March 2014 : 1.8 cents
Underwriting Agreement: Not applicable.
Elementos also advises that an option expiry notice will not be sent to holders of the ELTO options.
