2014 RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE SHORTFALL

Elementos Limited (ASX:ELT) advises that the renounceable rights issue offer sent to shareholders on 1 July 2014 closed on 18 July 2014.

Subscriptions for shares under the offer totalled 58,505,563 shares.

Applications from eligible shareholders for shortfall shares totalled 24,681,227 additional shares. Total funds raised under the offer were $998,241.

The shortfall, subject to possible placement through underwriting and the sponsoring broker is 43,475,384 shares.
