SHARE PURCHASE PLAN EXTENSION SO INVESTORS CAN CONSIDER A RESEARCH REPORT PREPARED ON THE COMPANY

Dear Shareholder

Elementos Limited (ASX: ELT) (“Elementos” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that it is further extending the closing date of its Share Purchase Plan ( “ SPP”) to Thursday 27 June 2013.

The extension will provide additional time for shareholders to consider a research report that has been prepared for the Company. The report is being prepared by an industry analyst at corporate advisors, Beer & Co. It will provide a detailed analysis of the Cleveland tin project following a site visit to the project in Tasmania. The report will include a valuation of the Cleveland project and an analysis of the merged Company compared to its tin industry peers. It is anticipated the research will be available on Tuesday 25 June 2013. The Company has extended the SPP so shareholders can consider the research before making a decision on whether to accept the SPP offer.

Participation in the SPP is open to shareholders who were registered holders of Elementos shares as at the Record Date of 7.00pm (Brisbane time) on 23 May 2013.

As a result of the extension to the closing date, the SPP indicative timetable has been revised as follows:
